All purchases are covered for 30 Days from the date of payment. Our no-nonsense refund policy is based on our desire to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Requesting a Refund
Simply contact us through the form below, and request a refund within 30 days of your payment. Toward our goal of total customer satisfaction, we would also like to know the reason for your refund.
Refunds for Memberships
You can cancel membership subscriptions at any time from your account subscriptions page. Once canceled, we will cease processing future payments, and access to membership resources will cease.
If you want a refund of a past payment, please submit a request below. We normally limit refunds for membership to one past monthly payment (30 days).
Refunds for Courses
Refunds are available for all courses within 30 days of registration for the course.
Beyond 30 days, at our discretion, we will issue refunds on a case-by-case basis, up to 50% of the purchase price.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
We usually complete refunds within 1-3 business days, using the method of payment you used for your purchase. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Abuse of the Policy
In rare cases, we withhold the right to use our discretion as to whether request(s) for refund(s) constitute an abuse of our policy. In that case, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds or to issue a credit in lieu of a refund.
