Our heart’s desire is to help you discover all that God has in store for your marriage.
Much of what we believe about the marriage relationship comes from our understanding that God, as author and creator, designed it to be full of intimacy, passion, love, and grace. Then He gave us the ultimate example in the marriage between His Son, Jesus, our Bridegroom, and us, his bride, the church.
Over the course of our years together, we have discovered that our love relationship with Jesus can give us many valuable insights into how to do marriage well. This “bridal paradigm” is a never-ending journey into the mystery of what it means to live as one flesh.
We have known each other since the sixth grade and have been married for more than 40 years. We have three grown daughters, one son-in-law, and one adorable granddaughter. We also have a sweet and squirrelly cream retriever named Lily. You’ll find a bit more about our journey in marriage and ministry on the Our Journey page.
We have been doing marriage ministry for more than a decade. Scott does much of the writing and resource development, with Jenni playing a valuable role in editing, spiritual support, and providing the ever-important wife perspective. Jenni also plays a central role in our live events, which include marriage retreats and marriage small groups.
